It was a lovely experience, Rocky's is a great Boutique Hotel that will meet your expectations.
The service is more than perfect, everyone is attentive to whatever you need, the staff is friendly and really nice.
Perfect service: cold scented towels are distributed to guests by the pool, fruit sticks, cold water with ice.
the room has some games (like chess, cards..)
You have a game room for adults, a kids area where your kids can play.
Reservations for dinners outside are available cordially in the reception as well as shuttle to town on several timings.
We had a very nice stay at this hotel, the staff were welcoming from beginning to end, even seeing us to our departing taxi and waving goodbye, they were always genuinely very nice and respectful. The rooms were very nice and clean although a bit open plan if you were staying with a friend rather than a partner. the hotel bar, restaurant and pool area were very good having a see view and being on the beach and all very clean although we only ate dinner there on one occasion which was there steak night and did not find it very good and it was pricey. Overall we made a good choice of hotel.

I would give this resort top marks however one area really lets them down. The staff at the waterline. Muay and the girls in pad thai restaurant excellent friendly beautiful happy people and the food is great. Colours restaurant for breakfast Tim and Dar and the team happy friendly smiling and the food and cappuccino excellent. Then there is Waterline. Staff appear yo be either bored or not intetested. This is the only bar on the water, pool or beach that doesn't come too you to offer you food or drinks. They would rather just look at their ph or talk amongs themselves, a real let down when the rest of the resort is so special.

We stayed 5 nights and we just relaxed around the pool and really enjoyed our balcony, that was a plus. That was the perfect vacation for us before going back to Canada.
The massages are wonderful , don't hesitate to go more than one time.
Very helpful and kind staff.
Hotel is very nice we enjoyed our honeymoon. The staff were all very friendly and the facilities were all to a very high standard. Our only complaint would be that the breakfast was not of five star quality. The selection was limited and catered to mainly Asian guests. As Muslims it was extremely difficult with breakfast and we were limited to a continental breakfast each day rather than cooked. I also would recommend you completely segregate your pork products as the chicken and pork sausages were in a container next to one another and looked identical.
I have stayed at Banyan Tree resorts in Bangkok and now Koh Samui and I can't speak highly enough of the staff friendliness and overall amazing experience at these hotels.
The only minor downside was we specifically requested and booked an ocean view room which it could be argued we did have, however the ocean was only really visible through the tree line and on the far left of the room view. We were in Villa A10.
Lovely relaxed vibe here at Lazy Days hotel and the staff here are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Close enough to jump in a cab or even hire a car to look around the island. 5 min cab ride from the local town Lamai which is a real Thai town with pop up cocktail bars, nice restaurants and markets. Very quiet here at the hotel which was just what I was looking for so I could relax. Lovely food for all meals and the included breakfast is a bonus. Clean sheets everyday and the room smelt fresh. Brilliant air con with no issues.
1. Great location (not crowed, close to walking street of Lamai beach and night market, convenient for 7-11 and Family Mart.
2. The service in the hotel is awesome. All the staff are very friendly, they remembered all of our special requirement. The food and beverage service are great, from breakfast to dinner.
3. The hotel campus are quiet and beatiful, Thai Palace Styple.
We loved this place as we loved the comfy sofa couches on the beach near the bar/restaurant. The downside was that one grumpy staff lady was not happy that we bought our coconuts from the Hawkers at 1/3 the price of the hotel and we felt very uncomfortable thereafter
The second-most popular beach on Ko Samui, southeast-facing Lamai Beach is a good alternative to Chaweng Beach if you’re looking for a stretch of sand just off the main drag. “Grandmother” and “Grandfather” Rocks on the south end of the beach were carved by wind and rain into creative shapes, and within their crevasses are inviting turquoise bathing pools.
