Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one. Bar staff where always on there phone rather than cleaning up after people gave eaten or finished drinking. The bed is so hard that it gave us back pain, and we had to check out early because it was so unbearable. We are in our twenties.. The hotel is located in a dirty slum area, with no good and hygienic restaurants or shops anywhere nearbh. The hotel itself is not in a good shape, it is old and crusty, with creases everywhere for insects and lizards to end up in your room. Even with closed doors and windows. Breakfast was fine, but the same everyday.
