Beautiful hotel, big room, amazing breakfast with so many choices and service was exceptional. All staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Will stay again for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Da was extremely helpful and kind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a family connecting room with a hallway. It was like we had an apartment. It’s also in a perfect location. Even though it’s across the street to the university hospital is was very quiet. Yet, you turn the corner and you’re in the action packed old quarter.
