The hotel itself was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was also hassle-free. However, what really surprised me was the cleanliness of the room. The chairs and carpets were extremely dirty, worn out, and full of stains. The room was also dusty—when I shook the sheets, a cloud of dust came up. In the bathroom, even though the door closed, water still leaked outside, and the shower pressure was terrible. Housekeeping came right on time every day, but even after the sheets were changed, I still found long hairs on them, which was very disappointing. Although I had booked a water view room, it was not directly facing the water. I had to step out onto the balcony to actually see the view. From inside the room, especially from the bed, all I could see were the windows of other rooms. The temperature of refrigerator wasn't perfect!

The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.

Review of Stay – North Beach Resort & Villas We reserved and paid in full for accommodations in the Jazmine Tower, but upon arrival we were placed in the Indigo Tower instead. When we raised the issue, the response at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially leaving us with no resolution. Having prepaid for a specific accommodation, we expected to receive what we reserved, and were disappointed that this was not honored. The condition and cleanliness of the apartment were also concerning. Towels provided had visible black hair on them, the floors were dirty, and the carpet appeared old and in need of a deep cleaning. We ended up cleaning much of the apartment ourselves in order to feel comfortable during the stay. While the apartment itself was functional, both it and the building overall show noticeable signs of age and could benefit from more attentive upkeep. Service and staff engagement were inconsistent. Communication prior to arrival and during the stay was overwhelming, with repeated calls and text messages pressuring us to attend a timeshare presentation, which detracted from the experience. On site, staff interactions generally felt transactional, with little effort toward hospitality. The property does have strengths worth noting. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the number of pools available is a positive feature. However, enforcement of poolside rules and guest etiquette was lacking....
