"We had an excellent stay here while our house was being worked on in Wilmington. It was very comfortable with accessibility to the river, beach, pool, gym, and you can walk a few steps to play some golf. Richard was an excellent host, and was very responsive. He helped us add a few days to our rental when our construction project was extended. Very nice community and comfortable home. The only thing I would note is that VRBO requires a 1500 refundable deposit. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with Richard, but is something to be aware of. The note I read is that it can take up to two weeks for them to process the refund after checking out."

"Nice area with a bunch of things surrounding the area like mini golf, arcade, ice cream, food, park for kiddos. The hotel was within walking distance of all of this. The hotel room itself was very clean we had a room on the second floor and they have stairs you can walk up but also elevator for more accessibility. Variety of space for parking at night with cameras everywhere which made us feel more secure. The breakfast exceeded my expectation with cereal, waffles,yogurt,grits, fruit, toast, muffins, bagels, milk,coffee, juice. They also have a pool outside and pool inside I did not use since we were at the beach only. The staff was helpful. One thing that I would recommend to make this place better and the only complaint I had but not really a complaint was that the vending machines which are probably not directly from the hotel but maybe third party vendors would say you should find cheaper vendors because 5 dollars each for a water or soda is insane! I would come back for another extended stay for what was offered just bring your own drinks."

"Ice machine broke down and the staff gave me a sufficient amount from a 10lb bag they had in staff fridge, Thanks!! Wi-Fi glitch that was fixed immediately , Thanks Again!! Everything else was perfect , Room, staff, AC, and Breakfast , Thanks for a Great Stay!!"

"This place was a great spot for myself, my 2 teen daughters, and our dog We stayed 5 nights the end of July. It is an older cottage that has been flipped. The kitchen is awesome, but cabinets were full so no place to store groceries (chips, bread, etc) except on the countertops. Beds were okay, bedding needs upgrading! The location is awesome! Very private and the views of the waterway with the live oaks are beautiful. We spent our days on the fabulous dock catching rays and a few fish. The screened porch is great but needs some repairs, as well as the back deck and steps going to the back yard. Overall it is a great place to stay for a SMALL family. Close to grocery stores, attractions, and the beach if you want to get sandy! Including a few shots from an evening photoshoot with the girls."

"Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there."
