"The staff was great as we come to expect the room was clean. Little surprised and disappointed at the small pool. Photos are a bit deceiving and when it’s busy there was no loungers. The location is great lots of good food in the area. Overall we would stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay here while our house was being worked on in Wilmington. It was very comfortable with accessibility to the river, beach, pool, gym, and you can walk a few steps to play some golf. Richard was an excellent host, and was very responsive. He helped us add a few days to our rental when our construction project was extended. Very nice community and comfortable home. The only thing I would note is that VRBO requires a 1500 refundable deposit. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with Richard, but is something to be aware of. The note I read is that it can take up to two weeks for them to process the refund after checking out."
