Lake View Vacation Packages

We had a great stay...staff was very friendly and efficient..room had fun deco...nice touch welcoming me by name on the television screen!...enjoyed the scent of the shampoos in the shower!! Thanks!

The room was very comfortable but the shower floor was VERY slippery. As soon as it got wet, it became slippery. Everything else was great!

The parking is non-existent. You must use a parking facility somewhere else in town, or use the third-party valet service. The valet service does not post their hours, which I only discovered when they had apparently closed up for the night and were not available to take delivery of my car. The front desk staff were very friendly, lovely, helpful people. The room was clean, but basic. It could have definitely used a thorough dusting. The inclusion of what appeared to be an off-colour dollar store shower mat also cheapened the feel of the washroom.

Clean room? Well the bed was made everyday and the dirty towels were removed and replaced with clean ones, but I had cut my hair a little when I was styling it and the hairs laid in the sink for 2 days. And the area around the sink was tacky from hairspray and that was never washed off. The staff were wonderful, very pleasant. I only had breakfast today. Got the savory one and it was very good. I loved the atmosphere inside the hotel, very calm and peaceful, and loved the location. so much to see just walking down Delaware Ave. Would definitely return.

The Edward is quaint and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay. It’s very clean and all of the rooms are unique in their design which added to the pleasure of our stay.
