« Oh my! Staff gave wrong directions to room. When I finally got to the room, I couldn’t open the door because there was a chair blocking it. The curtain over the one window had huge holes in it, talking 2 to 3 inches across. The room smelled horrible. Obviously, it was once a hotel in which smoking was allowed and that smell is in the walls and the floors and the furniture. It was nasty. They did provide a sliver of soap and a tiny tube of shampoo. The lamps above the bed beds did not work the...
