"Very welcoming staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good for us to get our day going. Small sink helped us clean some of our bottles. Fridge and freezer were great for us to keep our stuff frozen/cold. Very dog friendly with nice turf areas for our guy to do his business. Would definitely stay here again. "

" I stayed with my family this Memorial Weekend. Upon check-in I was greeted warmly and my room was ready for me even though I was a little bit early. The room was really clean. I would like to thank housekeeping for being so thorough in their cleaning routines. I really enjoy the simple design of the hotel and resort; it is welcoming and comfortable. There's plenty of gaming for people who are looking for that. I didn't indulge during this visit, but I can tell everyone that I'm grateful that the resort is completely smoke free inside. Despite there being gambling at the resort, the air inside is clean, no musty/smoky smells. Beautiful Lake Havasu comes right up to the doors of the casino. If anyone is looking to be a part of the water sports life, you don't have to go much further than right outside the resort. My family and I took the, maybe 20 minute ferry ride to Lake Havasu City, AZ to explore around. It was a great time. All in all, I'm happy with my stay at Havasu Landing. The atmosphere was nice, so were the people I encountered. It was a busy weekend, but the pace of everything that was happening during the long weekend was just right. Thanks for helping make this a really good trip for us."

"Sway is a vibe, in a fantastic way. Rooms are new, pool is clean and you cannot get a better location. The front desk person (I didn’t catch her name) was awesome and it is evident this property takes hospitality to the top. You might look at the pics and be like ‘ehhhh it’s a motel’ and it is. But you will not be disappointed. "

"I never write reviews…but I feel compelled since I ha e stayed here like 10-15 times. I either stay at the Nautical or here…depending on how my money situation. This place is a GREAT value! Owner is very responsive if there is a problem. My jetskis have always been ok parking overnight. If you are just hanging out at the lake…and coming back to sleep…this so the place!"
