Just ask and it can be heated (guests pay for heating costs) At night, turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing which is phenomenal on moonless nights! We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs and there is plenty of shade on HOT summer days and also plenty of pool decking for those who enjoy taking in the sun. Very quiet neighborhood, NO traffic noise, sleep till noon if you want :) Only 7 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramp. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). Located on quiet cul-de-sac street. \*Pool has a SOLAR cover (with easy roll ON/OFF reel) which cuts heating cost in half! Using the solar cover in Spring will heat the pool 10-12 degrees, so the heater is not required most months of the year. I heating is required, heat it with NATURAL GAS (which costs MUCH less than propane gas). Only 20% of homes in Lake Havasu offer natural gas - this saves you $$$ Renters are responsible for pool heating costs. Average daily cost to heat pool in Winter is $10-12/day. Early Spring & late Fall $5-7/day. Summer $0\. You can heat the pool part of your stay or entire stay. Always put solar cover ON at night to keep heat in from the day. My family and I had a great time during our stay. Cyndi was attentive and the place was perfect for our family of 4! The beds were comfortable, the house was well cleaned, and my kids had so much fun playing in the pool with all of the available pool floats. I especially loved the covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs. The house was in a nice spot where you can easily drive to local stores on your way to the launch ramp. Everything worked as it should. Beds & furniture were in perfect condition. Air conditioning was perfect for our 110° stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is located less than 10 minutes from just about everything. Though we didn’t use it, the pool was crystal clean. Backyard was huge, gated and great for our dog. ##### Leonard S. It was obvious that the property is well stocked and everything was clean including the backyard and pool. The neighborhoods is quiet and in a good location. Our vacation home hosted by Cyndi Myatt was absolutely perfect!! The house was absolutely comfortable and felt like our home away from home. Her little notes around the house were super helpful on every level. The garage was great to play ping pong and blow up our inflatable paddle boards . The pool was at the perfect temperature always and was shaded later in the afternoon. What can I say , what a wonderful experience to have stayed on this property.
