Jetjam race round 1&2

Came out for the jetski race other than having to track down the property manager to get the checking information literally while on my way to driving to Havasu wished I would have had at least a day sooner so I wasn't stressing great property would definitely stay again

Lake Havasu - March 2023 Getaway

Everything was great, with a large fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and large living area. Nice size bedrooms with queen beds and a TV in each room. Nice sized 3 piece washrooms. Served 4 adults easily. Nice location with a 10 minute drive to downtown or the London Bridge Village. We highly recommend this property if you are stay in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Relaxing

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean & equipped with wonderful kitchenware. The neighborhood is quiet. We were very relaxed before our journey back to NY.

I am very pleased with my stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was very spacious and clean. Directions to the house was easy and getting into the house was also easy. The property manager was very kind and stayed in touch. 10/10 recommend this property.

Cute house boat parking not so great

Boat parking not so great you can not park behind the fence. The neighbors are not so great. We pulled up family and kids and they tell there kids don’t talk to them you don’t know if there perverts loud enough to where we can hear it. Ok great way to teach your kids but having class goes long way. We were also a family with three kids. Not to mention they parked there truck right up to the house so if you aren’t good at parking a boat good luck 👍🏽 Anything over 27” probably won’t fit. You can park in front of the fence which is right next to the neighbors lighting fireworks 🤔…..House is clean somewhat except for someones dirty clothes in the closet. King bed in master would have been just a bit nicer but that’s just choice. Still cute house for most. More pillows in the master bedroom. Don’t think about parking in the garage because there’s a boat there too. Dishwasher needs to be replaced racks are a pain. It’s way better then a hotel if you can get a slip for the boat.

Super easy and clean

The whole process was easy and the house was well taken care of and clean. This was our first time renting a house and the experience made me look forward to doing it again. The home was so close to the launch ramp for our boat and close to all the necessities (gas, food, etc)

Great Condo - check in was challenging

I accidently provided incorrect phone number when paying for the rental. When I contacted the property manager I got the run-around for an hour before he gave me a phone number we could contact to get the correct check in information. After check in - everything was fine. Condo was clean and perfect for the weekend away.

Misleading

I had looked for a property where I could store my jetski trailer while I attended a family dinner/gathering. Vs a Hotel. They advertised a garage and/or gaited yard. Upon arrival there was a boat in the yard. I placed a call to the owner. He said it was His friends. I ask if the trailer would fit in the garage. He said there were "things" in there. After chking it was another boat. He told Me to "park it on the street cuz its been done Hundreds of times". I stressed my belongings while at dinner. Cut the visit short. Tubs were filthy. Not even a partial refund offered. Never again with this home

Very nice

The property has been updated since posting of the pictures and the interior looks great. Plenty of seating in living room and dining area, and well equipped kitchen. The location is a short drive to launch areas by boat, kayak, and other water toys. We had quick communication with the owner after booking and he even recommended a place to dine. We look forward to saying again.

Accommodations and owner/host was great. Only complaint is with vrbo charging an additional $30 for an extra guest which we did not have. Tried to reach out to vrbo and no luck, online or via phone.

Great Place

Owner of the property was horrible to deal with and is extremely irrational person.

We arrived around 8 pm Sunday the owner Paul, has a duplex and he gave us via text the wrong unit number and pass code to wrong unit. so it was Awkward and scary walking in on an occupied unit. Good thing no one was in the unit at the time we walked in. it did frighten my wife and my 6 year old daughter as they walked in first the rest of us stayed outside parking and getting luggage etc out of the truck and boat.. Then the following day owner starts texting me about how he needs to charge me additional money and wants me to send it via paypal because he considers my two 14 year old boys adults not children. Mind you we booked the place that advertises sleeps 8 and there was 7 of us total.(3)adults and (4) children their is no option to choose young adults or teens or anything other than adults or children. I don't consider 14 year olds adults. The owner is extremely Rude and ruined our Vacation kept saying "im in this to make money and water in Havasu is very expensive". I explained to him that my family consisted of 3 adults and 4 children totaling 7 people. Why should I pay extra outside of vrbo. The owner kept telling us his neighbor saw 6 adults and 1 child. My family actually consisted of my self, my wife, my adult cousin, and (2) 14 year old boys a 12 year old and a 6 year old. I declined to pay extra as I was very honest and offered for him to come by and take a look. He then told us he saw us on a video camera it was at this point we felt this guy is just too much and extremely irrational making us feel very uncomfortable so we had to end our Vacation early and leave. The owner told us to leave so we did. Beware! this guy is really irrational. Kept texting us constantly i had to report him to vrbo whom agreed with me! he later text me back after they spoke to him. But by this time It was too late to go out on the lake. He insisted we could stay and it was a misunderstanding but by this time it was too late boat was put in storage and we just wanted to leave and not deal with this crazy man.
