"Very lovely stay. So cozy and comfortable. And clean which is so important. I always hesitate when considering hot tub properties and was relieved when that amenity was up to my standards of cleanliness. The location of the property is also very good, with places like Manitou, Florissant Fossil Natl Monument and other small mountain towns nearby. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee outside listening to and watching the birds (esp the hummers!!) A very enjoyable time was had by me and my friend. Thank you."
