Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée." It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things out, good on you! Unfortunately, the place needs more love to make it great. Carpets stained and smelly, mosquito screen jammed, more reliable wifi. My lower neighbours were quite noisy on the balcony, the insulation is bad. Luckily, the second night, I was alone and it was quiet except for the noise coming from a ventilation fan (I guess?) located below my room; but it is a weird feeling to be the only one in the entire hotel. Basically, I liked the place and will book again but they need to upgrade it to bring it back at the standard it deserves..."
