"The front desk staff/management was excellent! My father was having surgery at nearby Mayo Clinic and it was scheduled very early in the morning so I called the night before to check if we could check in a bit earlier than 3pm. They indicated they could not guarantee but would make note to clean our room asap to try and accommodate. When we arrived for check in early, they had the room ready and my father could rest and recover. Great service and we will remember that upon return trips to Rochester. THANK YOU!!"
