« We were embarressed not to have any small bills with us and forgot our pin number to get more cash. The staff helped us load and unload the car and drove us and picked us up at the Mayo Clinic. We couldn't tip them. They assisted us with a smile anyway. Next time through Rochester we will make up for our mistakes. Kudos to the staff. »

« Like a lot of folks, we were there for a Mayo Clinic visit. The room was huge and the little kitchenette was so appreciated. Very modern, comfortable and clean. They even had a little happy hour one of the nights we were there. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s a nice energy there. Definitely worth the stay. »

« My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets.

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes…
