Nestled in the heart of the beloved Puamana community, this well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. With direct access to the beach and a peekaboo ocean view from your lanai, you'll feel connected to the magic of the island from the moment you arrive. The Space: Enjoy everything Maui has to offer in this peaceful two-story townhome just steps from the ocean. While not oceanfront, this home features a peekaboo ocean view from the upstairs lanai, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. This thoughtfully laid-out floor plan places both bedrooms downstairs, providing a cool, quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. A second full bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom. Upstairs, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area welcomes you with natural light and warm island décor. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. The lanai off the living room allows you to enjoy outdoor dining or just relax to the sound of swaying palms and distant waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home—including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all essential cookware and utensils. The Neighborhood: We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana. Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool. The summer season brings fun waves to try out your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. Historic Lahaina: While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha is alive and well, with plenty of open local restaurants and activities nearby. Jan 7, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The hosts were amazing and were great to comminucate with, we would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen including and outside bbq. Nice touches like soft cooler, sand toys, shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent were also provided. Steps from the beach, plenty of room to stretch out inside and outside. There were ceiling fans in every room, and a beautiful view from the outdoor lanai. As far as amenities, there are two outdoor pools. A small shallow one, and a much deeper "quiet" pool near the shore. There is also a small ball court (we didn't use). The best amenity by far was access to the local beach. This rental location doesn't have any retail within walking distance, but it isn't inconveniently located to anything either. We managed to drive around and visit a multitude of locations all over the island with ease. Nice location for kids, and teens alike. Thank you for your hospitality! ##### Reema D.
