The closet floor and the area beside the refrigerator needed to be vacuumed badly. The bed was clean and comfortable. I wanted to use an iron, but the one in the room didn't work and it was broken up. This is the third Hilton that I have stayed at that was not good. Hilton hotels seem to be going downhill. I have stayed in motels that were better than this hotel. this hotel mis in need of an upgrade really bad. I would not stay here again." So glad we stayed here. The guy checking us in was friendly. We were exhausted so I was glad to enter a clean room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. New bed coverings on the bed as well as new towels in the bathroom. They offer breakfast that was really good. Friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is gated. There are lot lizards asking for rides. Be careful. Check-in guys was awesome. Very friendly and was very joyous. Remote control batteries were bad. He provided a replacement remote that worked. Shower was a bit cold but it was a cheap place to stay near the French quarters."
