Absolute Horror! Worse than a bad Motel. Moldy bathroom and other areas, peeling ceiling, dirty, floor old and missing tile throughout, musty smell bathroom, hardly room to walk to other side of bed, patio door difficult to lock properly, main door was dirty, falling apart and had to slam to get to stay closed, bath tub so high difficult to get in and water leaked outside on to floor, toilet in a dirty closet which to pull pants up had to open door or hit head on the door, hallways mold on walls, etc etc. why out for evening to not have to be in the room any longer than need be. I usually don’t complain but this was so awful and to be listed as a 4* was as far from the truth as you can get. Requesting refund for this severe falsely advertised experience. This would be a 1* at best. Makes me wonder who is providing and verifying these ratings. Stay away!

Beautiful hotel with brilliant views. Staff were friendly and hotel gift shop was brilliant. Could only be improved by having steamers or irons in the room.

It is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed. This is a great hotel for anyone who value quiet and restful nights. The towels were awesomely soft and fluffy. I Enjoyed the clean updated bathroom in the junior suite. The staff are very helpful friendly and always accommodating there are so many restaurants nearby and safe to walk around late at night

10 out of 10. We stayed in nine hotels in France and Spain on our trip and rated this as one of the best. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very spacious and retro. Our room seemed to get cleaned instantly after activating the ‘clean me’ button near the front door. The breakfast was simple, tasty and healthy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
