From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself.
