First time there received the room upgrade fully complimentary but I arrived early. This time around I did arrive really late so the free upgrade want available due to the hotel being booked but none the less they were apologetic (even tho they didn’t need to be) made sure I was happy with my room. ( of course I was it was mid night and they still had my room ready) over great experience. The front desk guy deserves a raise! Super awesome dude

Like always our welcoming was very pleasant, Victor the manager was very friendly and very polite. He always had a great attitude and a excellent customer service. The stay at Grand Hotel Tijuana was very nice 👍 we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, never disappointed and constantly impressed by the whole hotel staff 👌
