"The property was very nice and being on the bayside was quiet while still having quick and easy access to the ocean. I would come back to this property again and again. The only one drawback was the parking which is very tight another visitor opened their car door and dented our car needed at least another 4 inches to get out of the car. "

"Great stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out. Local to everything, we walked to the beach and to restaurants. Took an Uber for everywhere else we went. The locals in the neighborhood were great. Made some friends. "Unfortunately, our experience was not good. Upon arriving, we realized the place was very dirty. The floors were so gross our feet were black! We had taken a broom to sweep the floors and had ended up with piles of crumbs and hair. The bathroom wreaked of urine and actually had urine stains all around the bottom of the tile and caulking of the toilet. The bathroom mat that we are supposed to step on outside of the shower was still dirty and we shook our tons of hair and crumbs. After complaining...

"Great location across street from ocean. It was nice to sit in the hot tub after long walks on the many beaches. Second bathroom very small but we made it work. Management company and owner very responsive. Easy reservation, checkin and checkout process. Unit had a complete set up in kitchen and basic supplies. Had a relaxing and enjoyable trip!"
