Hi! Thanks for your interest in our space. This is an awesome studio apartment for 1-2 people who want something affordable and walkable to many restaurants/bars, and the waterfront. Please read the full description for a better understanding of the space and a few things to keep in mind before booking. This is a ground floor studio apartment, 2 blocks away from central Little Italy with a kitchenette (no full kitchen) - very similar to a hotel room. Please note that the unit is on the ground floor, there is no designated parking space, and the door opens to the sidewalk, so you will hear normal city noise of passerby’s, cars, plus occasional footsteps from upstairs. If you’re looking for something affordable, walkable to Little Italy, Waterfront Park, Convention Center, with comfortable basic amenities, this is an excellent studio apartment! If you’re someone who would be more comfortable in a hotel, won’t sleep well with city noise, or is uncomfortable being so close to the street, this may not be the place for you. Just a quick stroll to the famous Little Italy, or popular attractions like Waterfront Park and Embarcadero. Convenience store and coffee around the corner. Very close to the airport, Convention Center, Gaslamp, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, Coronado, Petco Park. This is very much false advertising because the bed was not a queen, it was definitely a full sized bed which felt crammed for two adults. Overall, it was fine for a 3-night stay as long as you are not spending time in the room. You are paying for location, not size or space. The location was great and we had no trouble with noise, as it is on the ground level. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. ##### Valerie S.
