"Great location. Rooms are small, but my room had a great view. The staff was great and very helpful."

"Could not get key card to rooms because machines were down. Tried to check in at 3:30 pm before going to dodger stadium and could not check into room or get bags to room or even freshen up before going out. I did not return till 12:30 am. I told the check in desk when they asked how my trip was. Paid over 200 for night to just sleep and shower in the morning."

"Extra amenity charge was not disclosed. Horrible breakfast food. First time and last time! Parking is valet only and $66! Loud AC as well."

"10 out of 10, would definitely recommend! Pierside's location is perfect. Within walking distance to so many eateries and shopping at the 3rd ST Promenade. Sophia was so pleasant at check-in and the staff is very accommodating. We received a complimentary hour on the electric bikes, which was a fun activity. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my first choice!"
