The room was very small and a little bit uncomfortable though. There was no space to put the suitcases and moving around the room was difficult because of the narrow space. Apartment in a quiet area, close to station and convenient store. Comfortable beds with the exception of the sofa bed which as very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was a plus. Unit was very tight for three even for Japan standards. No space for luggage. Carpet was stained throughout the unit. Walls had pen marks. They charge you for all the little extras in the room (water, tea & coffee etc) if you use it, so bring your own. They do leave you detergent for 2 washes tho. You need to empty your own bins. Went as a family trip with stroller and kids it was at least a 10-15 minute walk to closest station. Staff don’t speak English so be sure to have translation app ready. They don’t make sure bed or clean the rooms on a daily and will charge you a fee if you need anything extra. The beds were comfy and it’s nice to have a laundry machine just inside your suit, however no dryer so make sure you time air drying. There’s a mini kitchen so if you’re looking to stay awhile this is a great hotel if you don’t mind the walk.
