I lost my passport at a shrine, she was able to get in touch with the police and have it returned to me. Walkable distance to JR Uzumasa station and some Randen station I forgot the name. The hotel is overall very clean with all required facilities. Given the price, it was a no brainer. One of the best hotels I have stayed at, especially for the price point. Room came with a bidet and an in-suite shower. Absolute godsend for my needs and was close to a convenience store, laundromat, and other businesses. Train station was less than a 5 minute walk. Amenities were perfect and covered every possible need. That's your spot! Nice, clean and with a good soul. Fresh rooms. Maybe a bit loud from the passing train signal near by. But for me was it a good choice. No clear glas Windows. Trainstations from JR and the Tram. The hostess was really nice and friendly. Even though we talked by Google Translate most of the time, she was very patient and polite. Also, you definitely won’t find any other hotel with this price and comfort. It’s so much better than my previous experience at another Kyoto 3 star hotel.
