The lady was super supportive when I needed to check in early and check out early and left my luggage with her. Room was clean. It's small, but I find it spacious enough for a solo traveler unless you have too much luggage. The shared area has everything you may need - iron, hair dryer, body mirror, scale (if you need to weigh your luggage), kitchen, fridge. I even found plastic bags prepared. I guess it's for guests to use cos' you definitely need to bring your own bags for trash in Japan. Well, literally, the place has everything I can think of. Good location with bus/trains to airport, downtown, and areas I visited during my stay. One of the best hotels I have stayed at, especially for the price point. Room came with a bidet and an in-suite shower. Absolute godsend for my needs and was close to a convenience store, laundromat, and other businesses. Train station was less than a 5 minute walk. Amenities were perfect and covered every possible need.
