There's even a foot massager in the room. If you don't have your room clean for the day, they leave you a tag which you can bring down to the front desk in exchange for a bottled water. The location is PERFECT!! It is 1 minute walk from the Sanjo Keihan train station. There are 2 convenient stores within 3 minutes of walking. The area for sightseeing (like the Pagoda) is only 15 minutes walk. Tried this place out last year and was so happy with the service, vibe and location that we booked again this year. Their flower themed room is a great choice. Bigger than the regular room and has a great balcony overlooking parts of the city. Very comfortable futon beds. Really nice touch was the kotatsu (heated table w blanket) since it was still cold (Went in March, 9deg in the day). Think they remove it for the warmer spring/summer months.
