"The room was very clean and the staff throughout the hotel were wonderful — reception, housekeeping, and maintenance were all friendly and professional. My only complaint was the hallway noise insulation. I could barely hear the guests in neighboring rooms sharing a wall with me, which was great, but conversations from the hallway sounded surprisingly loud, almost as if people were inside the room. It wasn’t excessive or disruptive behavior from guests, just normal talking carrying very clearly into the room. What makes it especially surprising is that the room layout includes a small entry hallway near the bathroom, so the bed is not directly against the corridor wall. Despite that, hallway noise still traveled quite noticeably. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent staff and cleanliness, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs."

"The condition of our room was poor. We chose this hotel based on its advertised quality and location; however, the room and facilities have not met reasonable expectations. We found cleanliness issues, including an unclean toilet, strong odors, visible moisture damage, and a bathtub in poor condition. Additionally, the valet parking service does not appear to provide the level of service described, despite the significant nightly fee. Given these issues, I do not believe we received the quality of accommodation we paid for."

"The rooms are not like pictured at all. Layout is the same but very outdated. There was mold in the room, the door barely shut, and it smelled musty. There were cracks in the walls, rust in the shower, and only one sheet on the bed. Definitely won’t stay again."
