A very large spa hotel overlooking a beatiful lake. Excellent breakfast in a dramatic setting. Had a Chinese feel to it due to size and furnishings.

建物自体は古さを隠せない感じはするが、清潔感はあり快適に利用することができた。 ロケーションもよく、遊覧船乗り場やカムイルミナのすぐ横。 食事はとても美味しく満足できたし、温泉もよかった。 あえて要望を言わせてもらえば、オートロックドアの採用や風呂の脱衣所は鍵つきのロッカーの方が安心感は高くなると感じた。

残念な印象

部屋風呂のお湯が出ませんでした。チェックイン時に「故障していてお湯が出ないので大風呂を利用してください」と説明があれば納得したのに残念でした。車の鍵を預けるように言われたのは道内旅行中初めてです。自分の大切な車を使用されるのを嫌がる人は多いのではないでしょうか。

阿寒湖地区では現役掛け流しの最も良いお湯で、ロケーションは非常にベストな場所にある。新しいホテルの派手さはないが、そこがまたいい。

お湯がいい

先ず温泉のお湯が最高です。源泉掛け流しで、段々に設計された湯船はお湯が流れるにしたがい温度が調整されるよう計算されてるようです。そして社長はじめスタッフの皆様がとても気さくで親切です。愚息が配膳されたウーロン茶の瓶を倒しこぼしてしまった際にもすぐにおしぼりを手に駆けつけて下さり、有料のドリンクにも関わらず新しい瓶を持ってきてくださいました。仲居さんの判断で無料ですぐ提供する、その環境を整えているところに経営者の方の顧客第一の思いを感じました。ありがとうございました。道東に旅する際には必ずまたお世話になります。

一泊二食付きのエコノミーな料金なのに、お部屋は 湖一望できる広い角部屋！！ お食事も　広いレストランでソーシャルディスタンスを考えた席で、湖の夕景を眺め美味しく黒牛いただきました。 wihiは　携帯はOKでしたが、タブレットはちょっとむづかしかったです。 癒しの一泊でした ありがとうございました。
