The hotel had an amazing view of the lake, and one of the best onsens and dinner service. Really do recommend others to visit Hotel Fusui!

Right next to the lake, so picturesque even when the lake was completely frozen. The staff were super nice and attentive, good with speaking English too. Onsen was amazing. Definitely recommend.

誕生日旅行だったので景色の良い部屋をリクエストしたのですが、最上階の部屋にしていただきました。 料理も美味しく色々あり、お腹がいっぱいになりました。 温泉は源泉掛け流しですが、とても良い温度でした。 是非また泊まりに来たいので、次は夏場の登山で利用させていただきたいと思います。

湖、唇山は部屋からよく見えたが 窓に蜘蛛の巣が複数あったのは残念でした 食事も豊富でどれから食べたらよいか迷うほどです 温泉も人が少なく静かでよかった スタッフも外国の方が多く一生懸命でほっこりしました 全体的に昭和の良いホテルって感じです コンセントが少なかったのが不便でしたが貸し出しの延長コードがあって チェックイン時に一言いってもらえたらよかったと思う

然別湖の水面が想像していたよりも近く、曇り空ではありましたがとても良い景色に満足です。 夕食のしゃぶしゃぶがちょっと面倒だったので、火をつけたら放置でできるお食事が良いと思いました。朝食のドリンクがとても美味しかったのと、御膳のお料理が多過ぎて食べきれないほどでした。とても好きな朝食でした。

Très bel hôtel avec vue magnifique sur le lac. L'hôtel est cependant vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation. Le service est impeccable. Le dinner et le petit déjeuner ont été excellent

ご飯も美味しく、なんと言っても露天風呂からの絶景が最高でした。運が良ければ満点の星空を見ながら露天風呂を楽しめます。

大雪国立公園の大自然に囲まれて、しばし、身体全体で リフレッシュできました。スタッフの皆様は、フロントも売店も、とても親切です。朝、夜の食事のサーブ担当者はこのご時世、半分が外人部隊ではありますが、言葉の不便もなく、丁寧で、良かったです。

然別湖の唇山がお部屋の真正面でとても景色が良かった お部屋も古いながらも綺麗で玄関 洗面まわりがとても広かったです 温泉も湖に面していて癒されるお湯でしたし、今回頂きました風水膳は品数がとても多くて楽しめました、朝食も地元のお店のものだったりで、種類は少ないですがとても美味しかったです

#### 大変良いがコンセントが欲しい

館内の掃除は行き届いているほか、夕食・朝食も美味しく満足でした。また、泉質もとても良かったです。ただ、客室によって違いがあるのかもしれませんが、私たち家族が泊まった客室では、コンセントが洗面台にしかなく、家族のスマートホンの充電に困りました。携帯デバイス化が進んでいる時代なだけに、客間スペースにコンセントがぜひ欲しいと感じました。
