"We stayed at the hotel for a week-end memorial service for a dear family member. The staff was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome to use the lounge area to gather. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"The staff was superb! I had never stayed in any Hotel here or abroad where the staff was immediately responsive to my concern I had. For example, I could turn the handle in the shower after trying several times. I called the front desk and within minutes a young man was there and agreed that the shower handle had been shut very tight and even he had to try several times before he could turn the handle. When the air conditioner appeared not to be lowering the temperature, I called the front desk and within minutes a maintenance man was there to check the settings. The most impressive was the Black lady at the lobby Starbucks who accomodated my special requests. Thank you so much!"
