Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

10/10 Excellent

"Quite literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfy beds, cold ac, HUGE tv. Staff were very nice and got us put up quick. We will be staying here in DFW from now on and nowhere else. When im saying this place was spotless, new, and amazing. I mean it. DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS PLACE. This place is indeed AMAZING!"

Loews Arlington

8/10 Good

"The self parking was very hard to navigate, and no one really was around to help. The hotel was beautiful and the room was nice and clean. We ate at Farena in the hotel and the food was amazing, the wine selection was great, and we loved the patio. However, it was severely understaffed and we were not the only guests waiting 15-20minutes to even get served drinks. We went to a concert at AT&T and upon return I tried to schedule room service. The app wouldn’t work so I called, they said the system crashed from too many orders from returning concert guests. It was 11:45pm and I was instructed by staff to call back or try the app again in 30 min which sucked as I was trying to order breakfast for the next morning so I could go to bed. I stayed up anyway and was able to place an order. However it confirmed it the NEXT day since it had past midnight. I called to have it switched so we could wake up to a meal but the food services woman was SO very rude to me. She told me it was taken care of but it was such an awful exchange for my simple request. Low and behold when morning came no breakfast came as promised. When I called the new staff member was 180° different and very apologetic. We ended up having to cancel as we had to check out. Overall I would say the accommodations were excellent but most the staff/service was lacking!!!"
