Great suite with amazing patio… It would be nice to know ahead of time the direct access to the pool through the patio is no longer available due to ‘security”. That same “security” didn’t prevent someone from jumping the gate to use the patio during the early morning hours while we slept.. Experienced fake wait outside seating is not available when the restaraunt was empty.

We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night. Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!
