Very efficient check in and the room was spacious and above all quiet. The staff were all kind and helped us with all of our questions. I loved how clean the hotel was and the location was perfect for food nearby and easy access to the Yamanote line. We went all around tokyo easily and had no issues with the location. I will be booking again on future trips to japan as this hotel felt like home.

"Excellent traditional onsen food (10 courses for dinner and breakfast), excellent staff (one even printed us a map of hiking trails when asked about hiking in the area). The rooms are luxurious, especially the open air private onsen on the balcony. The bathhouses have lovely pools and saunas. A relaxing ..."
