"Love this spot. The airport bus stop is at the front of the hotel. We didn't have to drag our suitcases in the subway or Nex. We booked a room for 3. It's very spacious considering this is a hotel in Tokyo. We can open all 3 suitcases at once and the set up for 3 twin beds was awesome. Hotel is connected to the Sunshine City. Good shopping area "

"Great location, across from Takasanobaba Station that is on the Yamanote Line (green line) is a loop line, this means that you can take the train in the direction closes to your destination. This train line gives you easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ueno, Tokyo Station, Akihabara, Niporri among other important locations. Rooms are small, but normal for Japan, very clean and in a great area with shops and restaurants."

"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there was no cleanimg staff to change it so put a make-shift sheet of my own on top of it, but the rooms were very spacious and well laid out. Liked the staff a lot. They were very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but they have a hotel shuttle to take you to the station which was great. "
