"Rooms were filthy, trash behind headboards, dirty sheets on pull out sofa bed, shower was dirty, no toliet paper in bathroom, dirty diaper and popcorn spilled all in elevators. Room smelled terrible of Marijuana when we entered. When we arrived our door to our room was open and unlocked. The trash had not even been taken out. Went to swim and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it caused my daughter to receive chemical burns all over her body. The smell of chlorine was so bad we had to open the doors to the indoor pool to let the smell out. The heated pool was freezing cold. "

"We had 5 people in our group with 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, as I pulled out the couch the mattress was thin and had very dark stains on it,the ceiling fan was so dusty the the dust was hanging over the blades overall the place was just filthy., would not recommend "

"The hot tub was barely luke warm and it wasnt very clean. However. The staff were amazing and super accommodating. The free breakfast and dinner was a big hit with the kids."
