"Our room and the rest of the hotel that we saw was very clean. The staff was very professional, inviting and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub was under renovation, but there was a pool available at another facility close by. The parking deck was nice and secure, we were not aware that there was a daily parking fee for the parking deck until check in, that would have been nice to know in advance so that we could plan for that. The daily parking deck fee is $19.95 per day. That would be added as a note on Expedia."

"Parking was easy, but not very secure. Another guest had their car window smashed in overnight. Staff was friendly, but amenities were lacking...a hair dryer that no one seemed to know how to obtain for me. Carpeted areas definitely need to be replaced. Room was relatively clean. The path to the main entrance of the hotel had 2 syringes on the ground. I feel like this place has a lot of potential...the staff seems to care, but it has a long way to go. "
