A secluded compound that is a tropical hideaway, surrounded by lush palms and balmy breezes. When you enter the gated compound, you will be greeted by a sparkling swimming pool to relax in or lounge poolside and sun the day away. The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining area and a full kitchen to whip up your island creations. French doors lead to a sizeable private outdoor patio. The downstairs bathroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with adjoining access from the living area. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Relax in the cozy lounge area with vaulted ceilings overlooking the main floor. The second-floor master balcony looks down over the pool providing tropical breezes and greenery. Tumi’s Time Out is an ideal location in the heart of Old Town, less than 2 blocks from Duval Street. You will be able to walk to all the sites and activities that Key West is famous for. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area. \- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning.
