Upon entering SOUTHERNMOST VISTAS, you'll immediately notice the seamless blend of modern and island style décor that flows throughout this picturesque home. The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating in the form of a large sectional sofa. The first floor has a bevy of large windows, filling the living space with natural light and views of the tropical plants surrounding this slice of paradise. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances and plenty of countertop and cabinet space. There is a kitchen island that can comfortably seat four and next to the living room is a formal dining table with seating for up to six. THE POOL AREA & ROOFTOP SUN DECK... Through the large French doors in the living room sits the dip pool and a lovely lounge area. The private heated pool is the perfect spot to relax after a day of walking around Old Town. The first two weeks it was spent with friends visiting for a few days. The last two weeks we had our children and grandchildren visiting with us in the house. The house was in a wonderful location with a beautiful backyard with pool. Our family had room to spread out and enjoy the ammenities the house had to offer. We were located 1 block from Duval street and we went down Duval almost nightly to eat and listen to music. The city has a bus loop which also makes it easy to get to the otherside of the island without needing to use a car. I would recommend the property for anyone interested in visiting Key West. ##### Rob G.
