The place looks exactly like in the photos. It’s so beautiful and lovely place to stay. I really enjoyed the private pool and the VIP treatment 😃. Our villa was big enough for two people. It didn’t feel crowded. I loved the outside kitchen and the shower

Relaxing Honeymoon

Booked 1 bedroom villa and got upgraded to 2 bedroom villa! Spacious, clean, comfy beds but the walls are abit mouldy in the bedroom.. prolly need some re-painting...i love the open concept toilet, huge bathtub & shower. The only thing i wish to add on is a fan at the living room. All in all great villa and great staff! Special thanks to hendrik for helping us as we arrived with no booking due to EXPEDIA did not put through our booking to the hotel after paying!

Quiet villa short shuttle from Seminyak

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in a two bedroom Uppalla Villa in Umalas. This is a really comfortable place. Nice and quiet at night. We stayed in another villa in Seminyak and this villa was much quieter for sleeping but probably not as upmarket in style but was considerably cheaper. The beds were comfy and the pillows were really soft. They offer a shuttle into Seminyak square which we utilised a couple of times. The staff were beautiful to us and looked after us really well. The breakfast was good (8/10). We ordered room service a couple of times as well. The food was really well priced and was pretty good value for money (7/10). The pool in the villa was clean. Not many eating places along Jl Bumbak and although the cafe is good onsite it is a trip into Seminyak for top level restaurant quality and they don't have a late shuttle..it's a bit more remote but that is why it is quieter. We really liked it.

5 stars not enough for the staff and tranquility.

Stayed 5 days and enjoyed the time more than any previous get aways. The villa was presented as per photos and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We are planning another visit in the coming months and will be staying in the same villas due to the great staff and relaxing feel. Some people have trouble finding the villas but just tell the driver to keep following the road and you will find it.

Good stay, considering 3 of us were in a 1 bedroom villa. Great for those who prefer living in a rather secluded place away from the city. Breakfast served was adequate and satisfiable. Ample space in the room, bathroom layout and style is quite refreshing as it is open air. A personal suggestion would be to increase the privacy by covering the sides of the bathroom as it can be accessed from the kitchen without a door and when it rains, some parts would be wet especially when using the shower and toilet bowl. No shelter connecting the room to the kitchen area, we got drenched trying to get to the kitchen when it was raining. We did not use the swimming pool as it was quite dirty with small leaves, cant be blamed as it was an open air concept. Overall good stay, the staff were commendable. They were friendly, helpful and spoke good english, making the stay more enjoyable and delightful.

Hôtel uppala

Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari 11 nuits dans cette hôtel. Il s'agit d'une petite résidence avec des villas. Tout était parfait. La propreté, le service, le confort... L'hôtel est à 10/15 min du centre ville. C est un vrai plus car le centre ville est très bruyant. Le vrai point positif de cette hôtel reste le personnel, accueillant, souriant et au petit soin. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette hôtel et ne regrettons pas y avoir séjourné.

Quiet and comfy getaway from city life

The villa is located slightly away from the town. Well-furnished villa room with safe, kitchen, private pool, bath tub, handphone docking speaker and a huge comfortable bed. Great getaway for couple and family who wish to spend quality time together. I booked an one-bedroom villa, it is well maintained, bright and clean. I noticed that there was water stain on the shower head, and the stain is gone the 2nd day after the housekeeping attendance clean our room! Great service! As it is a open concept bathroom, the hot water wasn't delivered to room consistently. It is kind of cold to shower when it is breezy, same for the bathtub. Staffs of villa are friendly and always greeting us with wide smile! We can call the counter to call for a buggy ride if you want to 'move' around in the villa, but it is always good to walk to the front slowly as the landscape of villa is well designed and maintained. Buffet breakfast- they provide western breakfast with chef freshly cook eggs. There are also congee/ porridge available. The SPA is located at the end of the villa, looking out, there are steps of padi field which is really pretty. The massage was overall good. I enjoyed my stay with them and will definitely introduce my friend to consider this villa if they were to visit Bali! The villa staff actually took the effort to prepare a cake for my Birthday. I'm so touched!!!
