Suite spacieuse pour 3 adultes avec lit très confortable et des draps très doux et agréables dans la chambre. Le canapé-lit est un peu moins bon. Service impeccable. Personnel à l'écoute. Café offert le matin à l'accueil. On recommande vivement. On y reviendra si jamais nous devons revenir à Washington en famille. »

« Nous étions inquiets de bien recevoir les codes d'entrée (tout se fait par code et pas par clé), mais comme expliqué dans la confirmation de réservation, les codes sont envoyés 24h avant votre arrivée par email. Très pratique pour visiter Washington. Toit terrasse avec BBQ en libre utilisation, top pour une petite grillade en fin de journée. Piscine sur le toit avec système de mise à l'eau pour personne à mobilité réduite. Malheureusement le système ne fonctionnait pas. Joli et conforme...

« Très bel appartement. Nous aurions aimé être informé à la réservation que les appartements une chambre étaient obligatoirement en sous-sol et non après l’expiration du délai d’annulation. Pas de plat pour le four. Le bruit des conduites d’eaux usées est très désagréable, nous nous serions passés de savoir quand les locataires des étages allaient aux toilettes. »
