"I was only here for an overnight layover, but I was very impressed with the room and property. I arrived into Iceland way too early to check in to the room so I decided to take a taxi from the airport and wait around until I was able to use the emailed code that the hotel sent me to access my room. While I was waiting, the cleaner asked if there was anything she could do for me and when I said I was just waiting to access my room, she immediately got the assigned room ready and let me enter early. I was extremely tired from an international flight and her kindness was extremely appreciated. Just because of the shared bathroom situation, I don't know if this is a place that I would stay in for more than just a couple of days, but for my long overnight layover, it was perfect. They were also able to call me a taxi in the morning which was very helpful. Overall, a good place for a long layover"

"My flight into Iceland was delayed by quite a long time so my time at Hotel Duus was cut a lot shorter than I was hoping for. What I was able to glean about the hotel though, was that the place is very close to Keflavik airport, is very easy to find and is very clean. Unfortunately, I was only here for the evening but everything was clean, the gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful in checking in at a very late hour and getting a taxi back to the airport at a pretty early time. If I were to come back to Keflavik and need to stay the evening at somewhere close to the airport and easy to find, I would definitely come back."

"Only stayed one night as we were flying out the next. Room was spacious and had a heated floor in the bathroom which was great. Would recommend "

"Nice place to stay close to the airport. The guesthouse was clean, quiet, and modern. Two nice large bathrooms. Check in at the hotel across the street. Lots of parking in the hotel parking lot. Don't miss out on breakfast. The best we've had on our trip."

"The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. I think you should be able to accommodate late checkouts by availability and not charge per hour. That’s pretty petty."
