Good points: close to airport and large screen TV (which could not connect)
Bad points: one shared bathroom for 9 rooms on 1st floor and one shared bathroom for 4 rooms on ground floor - this is a poor ratio of rooms to bathrooms, especially if guests need to leave guesthouse at similar times for flights! I did not notice that the guesthouse only has shared bathrooms when booking: my fault! As an aside, the bathroom sinks are not deep enough, so when guests have used the sink to shave or wash, the floor is covered with water...
There are no staff on the premises, (access is by code only, I assume to keep down costs), so there is nobody to ask for extra towels, (only one small towel provided, with small hand 'flannels' provided in shared bathrooms), or to help with problems with equipment, etc.
The rooms are tiny and there was poor, (or no), sound-proofing of the windows given that the location is close to the airport and I was still woken by flights at 01:30 - I had to leave for an early morning flight too!
If the price was around €50-€60 then the value would be reasonable, purely for ease of access to the airport: the rate was more than double this amount and so overall, provided very poor value for money...even for a budget guesthouse. The Bank guesthouse is more like a basic hostel.
Interesting aspect of the guesthouse was two large bank safes on the ground floor: I assume this is a reference to the 'bank' element of the guesthouse name!
