Coffee machine in room didn't work.

This lodge is simply stunning! Although it is not a new facility it is very well maintained. Everything was very clean, the staff is top notch, the amenities are great. Meals at the on-site restaurants were exceptional. It's too far to walk into downtown Lake Placid however they offered a shuttle. The one day the shuttle was not offered due to a marathon there was plenty of taxi opportunities. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again.

Every detail was considered at Lake Placid Stagecoach. Our suite was perfect, comfortable, spacious yet cozy. Kelly and team thought of everything. Also, the service, food and cocktails at the restaurant was so so good. Make sure to make reservations to secure your spot for a great dinner experience!

Room was very nice and amenities were excellent. Microwave and fridge/freezer - very nice. Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it. Room was very clean except the bedside table seemed to have a couple of sticky bits, not a big problem. The texted instructions on how to access the room, etc, were very good. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice hotel and peaceful weekend. We did not try the breakfast, but the restaurant inside the hotel had great staff and the food was great. However, the room wasn't amazing, it is just older but still clean, and the staff has a habit of knocking on the door pretty early in the morning. We had our checkout set for 11 am and the staff knocked on the door at 9:30am, when I answered they said they were checking if we did an early check out, I feel like they could have checked that at the front desk instead of waking us up on our last morning in town.
