« Il y avait des coulisses dégoulinantes sur les murs. La prise de courant dans la salle de bain était défectueuse. Le robinet d’eau froide du lavabo dans la chambre était brisé et impossible de l’ouvrir. En soulevant le matelas, il y avait des taches suspectes sur les draps. La température était étouffante, et impossible de contrôler le thermostat. Il y avait un tas de neige dans l’espace de stationnement faisant en sorte que je ne pouvais même pas me stationner correctement. »

"Il y avait des coulisses dégoulinantes sur les murs. La prise de courant dans la salle de bain était défectueuse. Le robinet d’eau froide du lavabo dans la chambre était brisé et impossible de l’ouvrir. En soulevant le matelas, il y avait des taches suspectes sur les draps. La température était étouffante, et impossible de contrôler le thermostat. Il y avait un tas de neige dans l’espace de stationnement faisant en sorte que je ne pouvais même pas me stationner correctement. "
