The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great.

I visit with family, hotel building,staff and food. Everything is very good.

Will never stay at this property again. Roof was leaking after rain as were windows. The wash basin was leaking and shower did not mix hot and cold water properly. Beds were dirty with sheets and blankets that were way past their life. Head board were dirty so were the floors. Could hear dogs barking all night. On top of that it was the most expensive place to stay in the area. Had booked for two nights. Checked in late at 11:45pm and we could barely spend a night there. We checked out first thing in the morning. I had to surrender my on day that was left. The staff instead of helping were just trying to ignore. I have pictures for all the above issues I mentioned. Will file a complain with Expedia and get back a refund for the day we surrendered. Please avoid there are plenty of good options. We moved to four points by Sheraton and it was awesome and cheaper to stay.
