"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."

The host was very friendly, the airport pickup process went smoothly, and the host gave us a lot of help. The host even came to fix the water heater close to midnight. "Amazing experience..Location is great..Thamel’s colorful happening streets are just a few meters away.. Upon landing in Kathmandu city, hotel’s own transfer was there and these 2 days sayings were amazing.. Hotel’s Manager Mr. Ganga was all through a cordial helping hand from the day 1 , we checked in the hotel.. Surely will stay again in this hotel..if our Kathmandu trip repeats again.."

Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
