They blame the customer first instead of checking it. I ordered airport pick up service for my friend and breakfast take away next morning when I checked in. But they totally forgot! When I called the reception, the receptionist blamed me that I didn’t order it first. I saw the girl help me checked in wrote down details on the paper with my check in details. Although they are nice when you are checking in, and call u to ask whether you need dinner, the thing I met really made me will never choose them again. Btw, I choose this is because compared to hotels near by, they have lift. There are places around the hotel where you can eat and shop during the day. For the evening meal, there was a restaurant in the hotel, so I used it. The people working at the hotel were kind.
