Perfect location to explore local amenities, shopping and airport. Absolutely value for money. Excellent car shuttle service to airport to catch flights. Extremely helpful staff. Room service was brilliant. Amazing viewing area from the roof top restaurant. Will visit again.

a bad experience

This hotel may have a management problem, and really don’t like their staffs defensive mechanism. They blame the customer first instead of checking it. I ordered airport pick up service for my friend and breakfast take away next morning when I checked in. But they totally forgot! When I called the reception, the receptionist blamed me that I didn’t order it first. I saw the girl help me checked in wrote down details on the paper with my check in details. Although they are nice when you are checking in, and call u to ask whether you need dinner, the thing I met really made me will never choose them again. Btw, I choose this is because compared to hotels near by, they have lift. But the lift actually broken the next morning...

空港近く

夜23時頃到着便で翌朝国内線での移動のため、１泊のみ滞在しました。空港徒歩圏内ということで予約しましたが、予約後にメールで空港ピックアップを依頼したら快諾。翌朝朝食後に徒歩で空港にむかうつもりでしたが、チェックアウト時にスタッフの方から空港まで送ってくれると。それほど大きなスーツケースではなかったですが、空港手前が坂なので送迎は助かりました、無料でした。 トイレとの仕切りのないシャワースタイルなので、日本人には快適な水回りとは言えませんがお湯も出ましたし、特に不潔だと感じることはありませんでした。朝食も普通です。禁煙と表示されていますが、窓を開けて部屋で喫煙OKと言われました。 空港近くに泊まるという目的であれば、おすすめできると思います。

Across the road from airport

Even though the hotel is just across the road from the airport it was so nice to be greeted by their driver who waiting patiently for us to clear immigration. The counter staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.both day and night.

5階の部屋は絶対に避ける方が良い

総合的には宿泊価格も安いことだし、それほど文句は言えない。 チェックインもスムーズだったし、空港からも非常に近い。 しかし一点今後泊まる際に気を付けることは、絶対に503号室に泊まらないこと、である。(もしくは5階の部屋全部を避けること)。 503号室の真横にレストランに至る階段があり、朝食の準備が始まる朝5時ぐらいから大勢の階段を駆け上がるノイズが非常に大きく部屋内に響く。 またレストラン自体は503号室(そして多分502号、501号室)の真上にあり、レストランが開いている時間帯はずっと椅子を引く音、歩き回る音などに悩まされる。 微かに聞こえるというレベルではなく、わざとしているのかと思うほど非常に大きく響く。 他にこのホテルで留意する点は、部屋内に金庫がないこと。またシャワーとトイレを区切る壁が何もないので、シャワーを浴びると、もれなくバスルーム全体が水浸しになること、である。

There was a gap with the photos on the homepage, and I was a little confused. There are places around the hotel where you can eat and shop during the day. For the evening meal, there was a restaurant in the hotel, so I used it. The people working at the hotel were kind. There were many taxis in front of the hotel, so it was convenient to use a taxi.

It turned out that it was a national holiday - Dushahra and hardly anyone was there except for the receptionist and he too was in a hurry to leave. There was no food possibilities and much more. The soap etc. were not there. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE at all.
