Sunrises were amazing. The unit is not air conditioned. The first few days on Kauai were unseasonably warm, so the unit was warm. However, the manager made sure to get me extra fans immediately when I explained how warm it was, and they made all the difference. The condos are some of the oldest in this area, so just like in an older home, things need constant attention. Overall, I would stay here again. The manager was superb! ##### Janet V. The sound of the ocean and the breeze was so calming, we say our on the lanai multiple times each day to enjoy the view, and the second bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers. The unit was well appointed, and we appreciated having the laundry in the bathroom - it made packing for our trip much easier. Kapaa is centrally located, so we were able to drive to various destinations around the island without feeling like we were in the car all day. There were plenty of clothes hangers, closet space, and empty drawers, so we weren't tripping over our suitcases all week. Apartment was comfortable and we were pleased with the unit. We wanted low key and quiet at night and that's what we got! Great price for being right on the ocean with a beautiful view. The location is great, right on the ocean, very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Property is clean, nicely decorated and easily fits family of 4\. Jay was very responsive and helpful. End unit with wonderful sunrise views from the balcony. The unit was very clean and stocked. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus (bring liquid soap).
