I’ve stayed on Kauai many times and this was the best property yet. The location with the view of the bay was perfect and tropical decor is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beach closet is also well stocked with all the fun stuff. I also appreciate having a unit with a full size washer and dryer instead of the mini stackables you see everywhere else. When I return to Kauai I will definitely stay in this unit again. Beautiful beach and pool, gorgeous views from the lanai. Lovely decor throughout, well equipped, comfortable furnishings. Great communication with host. We had an issue with prior accommodations and Premier Kauai / host went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay again on a future visit!! ##### Lucy T. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. A great place for relaxing. The property manager answered the phone and helped us quickly when a smoke detector battery was low. This place was perfect for my daughter & I. Incredible beach decor and very comfy beds. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Included all the beach items too! Would suggest a stainless steel scrubber for the pans though (minor suggestion). Looks like the owners had a lot things in mind for their guests. Boogie boards, fishing rods, small cooler, umbrella, are all available another small bonus. Lovely place and location. Kapaa was also great and the restaurants within walking distance as well as the shops made it that much better. We visited the north and south shores and while they were great, we loved the private beaches and the fact that the pool was easy to find a chair. Our girls also loved exploring and walking to get shaved ice, coffee and food! We will definitely be looking at this condo again! ##### Cassandra R.
