Only stay here if you want wet carpet in your room, an A/C that doesn’t work properly, a shower that leaks all over the floor, and front desk staff that yells at you. I have never left a bad review for a hotel, until now. They refused to give us another room bc they said they were booked. Then they refused to refund our money to Expedia so we could go to another hotel. There was a VERY nice maintenance man who was very professional and brought us a fan. Hilton should have his train the front desk staff. Do better Hilton. This experience was so bad that I will never stay at one of your hotels again.
